The Forge at Wern Fawr Manor Farm, is a self catering holiday cottage accommodation in Llanbedrog.

A studio cottage consisting of an open plan living area with full size double futon sofa bed with deluxe mattress and a separate shower room. There is a colour television with video and DVD player, clock radio, hairdryer, old-fashioned radio, pot bellied stove, electric central heating and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, electric cooker and fridge. At the side there is a small patio, with table and chairs overlooking the fields, and a small charcoal BBQ. Ideal for a couple.

Unlike most Futon Bed Settees or Futon Chair Beds these are off the ground and the dimensions are not dissimilar to a normal double or single bed, see pictures and table below. The Futons are made of Rubber Wood with a slatted base for firmness with a 7 layer deluxe futon mattress with removable covers, which makes it comfortable, very firm and heavy.

There are no hidden extras
Bed linen and towels included -  Separate en-suite shower room - Seperate Double Room - Electricity included - ‘Starter Welcome Pack’ provided, which consists of bread, milk, butter, our own freshly laid eggs, plus soap, toilet paper and washing up liquid. - Clothes line and pegs provided - Ample parking for cars and boats - Also see Other Facilities Page - Please bring your own beach towels and washing detergent.
