Camellia Cottage at Wern Fawr Manor Farm, is a self catering holiday cottage accommodation in Llanbedrog.

A one-bedroom cottage with exposed beams. The bedroom has a double bed, clock radio, hairdryer and en-suite shower room. There is an open plan living area with the additional sleeping arrangements of either a full size double futon sofa bed with deluxe mattress or 2 single futon bed chairs with deluxe mattresses. Also include is a colour television, video and DVD player, radio, electric fire, electric central heating and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, electric cooker and fridge. At the rear there is a small fenced in patio overlooking the fields and Rival Mountains, with plastic table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ.

Bed linen and towels included -  Separate en-suite shower room - Seperate Double Room - Electricity included - ‘Starter Welcome Pack’ provided, which consists of bread, milk, butter, our own freshly laid eggs, plus soap, toilet paper and washing up liquid. - Clothes line and pegs provided - Ample parking for cars and boats - Also see Other Facilities Page - Please bring your own beach towels and washing detergent.

For the extra sleeping arrangements, we offer you the choice of either a full size double futon sofa bed with deluxe mattress or 2 single futon bed chairs with deluxe mattresses. Unlike most Futon Bed Settees or Futon Chair Beds these are off the ground and the dimensions are not dissimilar to a normal double or single bed, see pictures and table below. The Futons are made of Rubber Wood with a slatted base for firmness with a 7 layer deluxe futon mattress with removable covers, which makes it comfortable, very firm and heavy. Please make your choice at time of booking. However, only a maximum of 4 people can stay in this cottage.
