Country House Bed and Breakfast Accommodation in Llanbedrog, 3 miles from Abersoch, where we offer traditional farmhouse fare and accommodation in the Manor House with modern facilities.

We currently offer two double rooms both have en-suite shower facilities as well as tea and coffee making facilities, micro cooler fridge, trouser press, hairdryer, electric blanket, colour television and clock radio. For your safety the whole house is fitted with fire alarms and a fire escape. Guests staying in the main house are welcome to relax in the garden or on the patio and play croquet or boules on the lawn. We offer a hearty breakfast in the Africa Room, which includes local produce, when available, and freshly laid home produced free range eggs, locally produced awarding winning Lleyn bacon and sausages not to mention welsh devilled kidneys, Manx kippers and smoked haddock and home made jams. Love Parry Suite – (sleeps 2 plus 2 children if required)
A must for the discerning traveler. A large room, overlooking the walled garden to one side and the courtyard on the other, with exposed beams, king size four-poster bed, walk in closet and an en-suite shower room; ideal for honeymooners young or old!

This room can also be converted into a family room with two extra single beds, sleeping four.

Price of room per night including breakfast is £90.00 as a couple (less £10 for single occupancy); as a family room £20.00 per extra child maximum 2 children.

Garden Room - (sleeps 2)
A twin room (with two single beds), overlooking the walled garden, with exposed beams and an en-suite shower room.

Price of room per night including breakfast is £75.00 as couple (less £10 for single occupancy).

In the winter months (November to February – only) we also offer dinner in our Africa Room at a fixed price for a minimum of 4 people, all we ask is that you select the meal that you want either well in advance either when booking or latest by 10 am on the evening you require it, so that we can obtain the freshest local produce to titillate your taste buds, all home cooked. We change the menu occasionally so that we can use the best produce available at the time of year, so please do check with us. See our current Dinner Menu.

After your evening meal either locally or here, why not relax in our living room where on chilly nights we will have a log fire roaring in the fireplace. We will probably stop the bed and breakfast side of our business in September 2008 due to high cost of fuel and the doubling of our business rates and council tax.
